As a Recruitment Business Partner, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment journey for operational roles, attracting and hiring top-quality agents and support roles while driving social value sourcing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering high-volume recruitment in a BPO or fast-paced operational environment
• Experience managing recruitment for operational roles at scale (agents, customer service, or call center positions)
• Experience leading a team of recruiters or recruitment administrators
• Knowledge of UK employment law and recruitment compliance practices
