Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in sales strategy, commercial analytics, or revenue operations
- Proven track record of driving sales performance through data-driven insights and actionable strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Ops) with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in fast-paced industries, such as logistics, e-commerce, or tech, is preferred
