Job Description
Teleskope is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the strategic partner and primary post-sales owner for our customers, helping them operationalize Teleskope and drive adoption across teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or a related customer-facing role
- Experience owning enterprise and/or mid-market customer relationships from onboarding through renewal
- Strong track record of driving adoption, managing account health, and partnering on successful renewals and expansions
