Customer Experience Specialist

This position is responsible for ensuring the effective use of the "TX SCARA" beverage display solution at the back of the convenience store, achieving stable field operation and maximum economic efficiency after solution implementation, and building a framework that supports future business expansion.

Requirements

• Ability to create documents using Excel (Google Spreadsheet) and PowerPoint.
• Ability to enter data into Excel (Google Spreadsheet).
• Ability to perform time-limited site visits and demonstrate a fearless challenge spirit for inexperienced work.
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders (on-site staff, customers, internal departments, etc.) with conflicting interests to achieve a common goal.
• Ability to understand and apply the company's mission to one's work.
