Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Robotics System Engineering for our Humanoid Team. You will lead both strategic direction and hands-on engineering of our humanoid robot software platform, translating product goals into a scalable and safety-certified architecture. You will manage a team, oversee budgets, and contribute deep technical expertise to deliver robust, shipping products.
Requirements
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary robotics software or systems-engineering teams.
- Demonstrated P&L or budget responsibility for production-grade robotic system programs.
- Proven track record of shipping complex robotics software that operates reliably in real-world environments.
- Expert in ROS 2 ecosystem (ros2_control, rclcpp, DDS, MoveIt 2).
- Deep understanding of embedded control (BLDC FOC, PID), real-time Linux, and deterministic field-bus protocols.
- Strong background in distributed systems and networking.
