
Job description
As Account Manager, you will own the commercial side of telli's existing customers, ensuring they get real value from the platform and grow through expansion. This is a commercial role, not a support one, requiring you to run structured upsell processes, build executive relationships, and find new use cases and revenue inside your portfolio.
Take over customers commercially from sales once they're live, own expansion ARR across your portfolio, run multi-stakeholder upsell processes, and build standards and playbooks to make expansion repeatable and scale beyond you.
You will be a great fit if you have 3+ years in sales or account management with mid- to large companies, can run a structured sales process end-to-end, and have a technical understanding of complex organizations.
