We are a small, AI-pilled team that likes to solve hard problems. As a Voice AI focused engineer, you will own projects end-to-end, make core product and technical decisions, and shape the trajectory of this company.
Build reliable and scalable systems, solve novel problems that come from working with Voice AI and scaling to millions of daily calls, evaluate different models and ensure we push the limits of the technology for our customers.
We look for engineers who care about velocity and solving real customer problems, with skills such as velocity, high agency, high ownership, first principles thinking, AI-pilled, strive in ambiguity, and team thinking.
