Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (SaaS or telecom experience a big plus)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence and presence on the phone—you're persuasive, curious, and comfortable navigating conversations at all levels of seniority
- Startup mindset—you're resourceful, adaptable, and energized by change
- Organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing a pipeline and working within a CRM like Salesforce
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn, especially when it comes to APIs, connectivity, and modern comms infrastructure
- Fluency in English required; other APAC languages are a plus
