Human Resource Specialist

We are hiring a Human Resource Generalist to join our growing HR team and support the continued expansion of Teltonika in Bogota, Colombia. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong local teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong enthusiasm for recruitment and a genuine desire to grow in the talent acquisition field
• Openness to feedback, a growth mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and employment regulations
• Solid knowledge of HR processes (e.g. onboarding, performance, compensation management, engagement, retention acitivites, offboarding), labor laws, and compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and navigate cross-functional relationships.
• Discreet, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
