Requirements
- Consult employees and customers on devices/solutions related technical issues
- Solve technical issues and look for a way to reduce them
- Prepare technical documentation and technical tasks
- Prepare and provide training for employees and clients about our company’s products and solutions
- Propose different ways on how to incorporate our devices for various use cases
- Guide colleagues and customers by preparing wiki documentation or training
- Test and perform quality assurance of the solution in the Americas region
