We're seeking a Bilingual Social Worker, Counselling Therapist to join our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) team.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Counselling Psychology
- Membership in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers, College of Licensed Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick, or College of Psychologists of New Brunswick
- Fully bilingual in English and French
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Ability to set short-term objectives and use a solution-focused approach
- Empathy and clinical management of high-risk cases
- Excellent time-management skills
- Good knowledge of community resources
