Job Description
We are seeking a Clinic Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team at our Ottawa location. As a Clinic Operations Coordinator, you will assist the team lead in overseeing the daily operations of the clinic and play a key role in optimizing work processes, coordinating patient care, and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a dynamic healthcare environment
- Knowledge of computer tools and mastery of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Mastery of English and French, both verbally and in writing (an asset)
- Ability to project a professional image and communicate with maturity and courtesy with internal and external clients
