Counsellor II

As a Counsellor II at TELUS Health, you will provide evidence-based, client-centered counselling to individuals navigating personal and workplace challenges. Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Minimum five years of post-master's direct clinical experience with diverse populations and presenting concerns.
• Current registration in good standing with one of the following: The Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) or The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
• Strong clinical competency in solution-focused therapy, brief interventions, and longer-term modalities.
• Ability to establish therapeutic rapport quickly with clients from diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds.
• Excellent clinical judgment, self-direction, and comfort working independently in a high-volume practice setting.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and digital clinical tools.
• Commitment to evidence-informed practice, ethical standards, and continuous professional development.
