Counsellor II

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
• Minimum five years of post-master's direct clinical experience with diverse populations and presenting concerns
• Current registration in good standing with one of the following: ​ CCPA – CCC level membership, MCSW: Manitoba College of Social Workers
• Strong clinical competency in solution-focused therapy, brief interventions, and longer-term modalities
• Excellent clinical judgment, self-direction, and comfort working independently in a high-volume practice setting
• Proficiency with electronic health records and digital clinical tools
• Commitment to evidence-informed practice, ethical standards, and continuous professional development
