Remote Counsellor II

Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be providing digital (video and/ telephone) counselling services for the TELUS health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in Saskatchewan. As a Counsellor or Social Worker, you will engage in solution-focused therapy, supporting a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work
• Registration with Professional College or Association
• Clinical competency in solution-focused, short-term therapy approaches
• Proven ability to assess and manage high-risk clinical situations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a dynamic caseload
• Comfort with digital service delivery, Experience or strong aptitude for building therapeutic rapport via video and telephone
• Reliable home office setup: Private, confidential workspace
