We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Partnership Manager to grow and develop our supplier relationships and strategic partnerships across Sport, Music, Theatre, Arts, Retail, Dining, and Luxury Brands.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership management, procurement, or business development within lifestyle industries (dining, live entertainment, retail, luxury, hospitality)
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier management experience
- Demonstrated track record of securing partnerships, offers, or managing sales/negotiation teams
- Experience working in customer-centric industries with a focus on service excellence
- Experience in account management with senior stakeholders
- Project management experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder global initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into strategy
- Experience creating and executing strategic partnership plans
- Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to identifying new revenue opportunities
- Awareness of global lifestyle trends and competitor activity
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Experience using marketing tools and social media to promote partnerships and campaigns
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
- Natural networker with strong relationship-building skills
