Prep Cook

Tender Greens is seeking a Prep Cook for a variety of food preparation tasks. The Prep Cook will work in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary space.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality desired
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Understanding professional cooking and knife handling skills
• Ability to ensure safety compliance is a priority
• Food handler's card required
