The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring safety, security, personnel management, hospitality, quality, service, and financial control. This role involves overseeing staff, managing operations, and contributing to profitability.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Customer service orientation
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certified in all employee positions
- Completed MIT program or 2+ years experience in another restaurant as management
- Availability to work all shifts necessary to operate a Butterbee’s
- Basic computer and accounting skills
- Serv-Safe certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
