Senior Associate, Investor Relations

Teneo is the global CEO advisory firm that partners with clients to solve complex business challenges. The Senior Associate, Investor Relations role assists in the development and execution of long-term IR programs and provides daily logistical and strategic IR support to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a relevant discipline
• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or investor relations
• Deep financial acumen and understanding of financial markets, SEC filings, and investing
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proven written and face-to-face communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
• Project management skills with the ability to grasp goal and scope of individual projects and a strong attention to detail
• Resourcefulness, team orientation, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Comfortability working under pressure in a dynamic environment; able to adhere to strict deadlines and manage shifting priorities
