Job Description
The Corporate Outpatient Coding Supervisor will supervise coding, data abstraction, and associated coding activities, ensuring accurate and timely coding of records. They will manage workflow, provide direction, and monitor productivity and quality reports to meet coding quality standards.

- Monitor time off and attendance reports
- Identify opportunities for bill hold reductions and reduce turnaround time on outstanding accounts
