Director Nursing-ER&ICU job is a leadership role that supports the hospital's mission, vision, goals and objectives, while focusing on the patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and the community as customers. The position is responsible for establishing and enforcing policies, procedures, standards and objectives, and directing and supervising staff as well as workflow.
