Nursing Director - ICU and ER

The Nursing Director is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and managing resources for one to two departments on a 24-hour basis. Responsibilities include budget management, resource utilization, staff recruitment and management, quality outcomes, performance improvement, and maintaining positive relationships with staff and departments.
