Market Operations Director

The Market Director of Practice Operations will oversee all market operations for physician employed practices and manage the Manager(s) of Market Operations to ensure practices are operating within compliance regulations.

Requirements

• Works closely with hospital A-Teams to review budgets and develop new physician opportunities
• Manage physician practices to budgeted expectations
• Ensure regulatory compliance with agencies such as OSHA, CLIA, Medi Cal, DHS and others
• Develops and implements goals and objectives for the market
• Manages individual physician relationships
• Ensures practices are operating within Tenet compliance regulations
