Job Description
The Monitor Tech provides telemetry monitoring based on patient’s age and rhythm, and performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Selects, sets-up, calibrates and adjusts monitoring equipment
- Ensures continued proper functioning of equipment
- Collects, transmits and documents pertinent patient data to the Registered Nurse
- Maintains current monitored patients in the Central Surveillance computer system
