Job Description
A Partnership Manager is responsible for physician and physician practice outreach, establishing and fostering relationships with physicians to grow and develop USPI centers' potential case volume and service lines.
Requirements
- Planning and conducting in-person visits with key stakeholders at proceduralist physician offices
- Evaluating and interpreting current physician referral patterns and trends
- Developing and gaining support for business development strategies
- Conducting face-to-face sales meetings with clients
- Completing follow-up meetings with physicians and practice managers
- Communicating feedback from clients and resolving issues
- Preparing and presenting sales reports
- Maintaining latest knowledge of the market hospital, ambulatory surgery and provider landscape
