Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist shall perform clinical, distributive, super visional, and educational functions necessary to support the departmental functions, including critical thinking and independent decision-making, and upholds all department related policies and procedures with close attention to medication management duties dictated by the Joint Commission.

Requirements

• Pharmacist license in the state of California
• Independent decision-making skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with colleagues, physicians, and other care providers
