Polysomnographic Tech II

Performs and evaluates overnight polysomnograms, recognizes sleep pathology and responds with appropriate interventions to ensure patient safety, and provides orientation and instruction to staff in the Sleep Center.

Requirements

• Performs overnight testing procedures
• Thoroughly interviews patients to assess current medications and sleep pattern
• Communicates with personnel to clarify unclear or inappropriate orders
