Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team at Metrowest Medical Center - Consolidated. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients. Requirements

• Up to $15,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility
• Assess, plan, implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
• Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Perform and fulfill all HICS responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed and needed by the facility in times of emergency and/or disaster
• Responsible for knowing the Hospital's emergency codes, including the purpose and appropriate action for each, and adheres to the Hospital policies and procedures for each emergency code
