Job Description
Perform diagnostic CT exams, verify patient identity, review medical history, and communicate data to radiologist. Recognize and respond to medical emergencies and provide post-care instructions. Participate in process improvement activities and provide imaging education.
Requirements
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology (R) or Computed Tomography (CT) preferred.
- Required to have or successfully complete American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS) training by end of orientation period.
- One or more years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology R or advanced certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
