Mammography Technologist Contingent Days

Performs diagnostic Mammographic exams, verifies patient identity, and reviews medical records. Provides imaging education to residents and new employees. Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Mammography (M) and have American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support – Healthcare Provider (BLS) training.

Requirements

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Mammography (M)
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support – Healthcare Provider (BLS) training
• Analytical and clinical skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Technical knowledge of equipment
• Ability to work in a complex environment
• Knowledge of American College of Radiology and MQSA requirements for accreditation
