Senior Compensation Analyst

Tennant Company is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic HR organization. This role plays an essential part in ensuring our compensation programs enable us to attract, retain, and reward top talent. As a key member of the Global Total Rewards team, this position focuses on job architecture, compensation planning, and equity administration, while serving as the primary Compensation point of contact for North America.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or business-related field
• Minimum of 5 years of Compensation experience
• Proven analytical, modeling, and reporting capabilities
• Strong HRIS experience, including data extraction and reporting
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and understanding of downstream impacts of data errors
• Expert-level Excel proficiency (e.g., array formulas, Power Query)
