Job Description
Tennessee Oncology is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Services to oversee the adult ambulatory pharmacy infusions areas and medication dispensing operations in the clinics, including regulatory compliance. The Director will set goals, provide strategic direction, and work closely with leadership to coordinate pharmacy infusion efforts across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or equivalent
- Successful completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency specializing in oncology
- 2 years of Oncology clinical pharmacy experience or 5 years of Oncology clinical pharmacy
- 10+ years of pharmacy experience with 4 years of pharmacy management experience
- Board Certification (BCOP, BCSCP, etc)
- Current, active and unrestricted Tennessee Pharmacy licensure
