Tennr is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager, Systems & Automation to own, optimize, and scale the tools, data, and automation that power Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams. The role involves designing processes, building automation, and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience managing GTM systems and automation
- Experience with Salesforce administration, including configuration, reporting, and integration with other business systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills – proficiency in Excel is a must; experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
