Revenue Operations Manager

HeyGen is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own data integrations, core reporting workflows, and GTM cadence. The ideal candidate will be a technical, product-minded operator who can enable GTM teams, design high-leverage processes, and build a small team in a fast, scrappy, high-agency environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Analytics, or hybrid GTM Ops at a high-growth SaaS company
• Strong, hands-on Salesforce experience (admin/architect level)
• Advanced SQL and analytics tooling experience (e.g., Hex, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Proven track record building data pipelines and maintaining integrations (ETL/ELT)
• Experience operationalizing product analytics (PostHog, GA4) into GTM workflows
• Demonstrated rigor in building ARR, funnel, and forecasting analytics
• Strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity
• Experience building or scaling a RevOps function and managing a small team
