Tensec is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join its growing team in São Paulo. The role will focus on prospecting, engaging, and closing new clients, and require the ability to develop a deep understanding of Tensec’s products and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Experience in B2B sales or business development
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies and experience with outbound prospecting tools and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service
