We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us scale aggressively across infrastructure, software, and network. This role sits at the center of our company’s next chapter, helping define how we hire, who we hire, and how our teams are built as we expand our engineering, infrastructure, and leadership orgs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring senior and highly specialized technical talent in fast-growing or high-performance environments
- Deep experience recruiting for complex technical roles such as software engineering, infrastructure, systems, hardware, AI/ML, or other hard-to-fill specialties
- Strong sourcing expertise, including direct outreach, talent mapping, and building pipelines in competitive markets
- Excellent judgment in evaluating technical and non-technical candidates, with the ability to assess skills, potential, and cultural alignment
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, from role kickoff through offer negotiation and close, with consistent delivery in high-volume or high-urgency scenarios
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve process efficiency and hiring outcomes
