Our Company

The bilacon GmbH is a company of the Tentamus Group GmbH and an internationally operating accredited trade laboratory. In the customer's order, bilacon mainly conducts microbiological, chemical-physical, and residue analytical examinations of food, drinking water, and tobacco products. In addition, sensorial assessments and marking tests are carried out as part of the verification of trafficability. Trainings and consultations in the food industry and in the food retail trade also belong to the performance spectrum.

Your Tasks

• Preparation and updating of quality management and quality assurance documents Planning
• Monitoring of quality assurance measures, including equipment qualification and suitability tests Planning, coordination, and evaluation of method validations and verifications
• Implementation of normative and regulatory requirements in consultation with the department management
• Preparation and accompaniment of internal and external audits
• Accompaniment and training of employees in the department in quality-related topics
• Optimization and further development of internal quality-related processes in cooperation with the specialist department and central quality management

Your Profile

Completed education as a laboratory assistant (m/w/d), e.g. as BTA, or a natural science degree

Experience in routine analysis in contract laboratories

First work experience in quality management in laboratories (ISO 17025) desirable

High communication skills to effectively convey quality-relevant information

Excellent organizational skills for efficient coordination of various tasks and responsibilities

Safe handling of standard software (e.g. Microsoft Office)

Safe German and English knowledge in word and writing
