Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of sales management experience at a director level; K-12 education or technology sector a strong plus
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing analytically rigorous initiatives and metrics-driven management and providing actionable insights
- Proven success in lead generation and achieving sales quotas
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities with a knack for prioritization
- Collaborative, reliable, and a team player; adaptable in a fast-paced environment
