Product Engineering Manager (IST, North Reading, MA)

Teradyne is seeking a Product Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams through the full product lifecycle. The role involves driving technical execution with business strategy and ensuring products meet customer needs, market demands, and innovation standards.

Requirements

• Lead products from concept through launch, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing Management, Design, Manufacturing, and Marketing to ensure project success
• Drive project execution, including scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, and quality oversight
• Make strategic technical decisions and guide innovation across engineering functions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including non-technical partners, customers, and leadership
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives
• Translate customer and market needs into technical requirements and specifications
• Oversee development to ensure alignment with product strategy and quality standards
• Prioritize backlogs and technical initiatives using data-informed decision-making
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the lifecycle
• Define and analyze KPIs related to product success, reliability, and performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams while promoting best practices
