Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics or related discipline; master’s degree is preferred
- 15+ years experience in fiber optic based optical instrumentation design engineering
- 10+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- PMP Certification preferred
- Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Familiar with CAD SW for mechanical engineering, optical engineering and electrical system design
