Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced welder/fabricator who is capable of working in a team based environment manufacturing mobile screening equipment to required quality standard and to meet the production schedule.

Requirements

• Read and interpret complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables, and other measuring instruments specialized to the job or industry.
• Have relevant work experience, preferably welding in a heavy equipment environment.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems quickly.
• Manage multiple tasks/projects at one time.
• Have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Work with minimal guidance.
• Meet given targets.
• Have knowledge of H&S procedures and responsibilities.
• Have experience in Lean Manufacturing preferred.
