Outside Sales Professional

The primary purpose of this role is to sell the company's industry leading pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers, while maintaining a customer-focused service to grow the business. The job involves visually inspecting homes for pests, assessing customers' needs, and selling pest control solutions. The role requires strong social, customer service, and communication skills, and prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
• Ability to move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 11–20 lbs. frequently
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to work in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways
