Job Description
We are seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate our local Pest Technician Teams to provide outstanding service delivery of Terminix products to our valued customers. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring the team is functioning effectively, operating efficiently, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree (A four year degree is highly desirable)
- Valid driver's license from state of residence
- 1-2 years of related experience (not required)
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Strong communications skills
- Problem solving and practical solutions
- Detail oriented and safety aware
- Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces
