Service Manager

Service Manager is a leadership role in Terminix's local branches, responsible for leading and motivating Pest Technician Teams to provide outstanding service delivery to customers.

Requirements

• Associate's degree (A four year degree is highly desirable)
• Valid driver's license from state of residence
• 1-2 years of related experience is very helpful, but not required
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate others
• Strong communications skills
• Problem solving and practical solutions
• Ability to build rapport easily and establish trust with customers and employees
• Detailed oriented and understand the importance of safety
• Basic/intermediate math aptitude
