Requirements
- Associate's degree (A four year degree is highly desirable)
- Valid driver's license from state of residence
- 1-2 years of related experience is very helpful, but not required
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate others
- Strong communications skills
- Problem solving and practical solutions
- Ability to build rapport easily and establish trust with customers and employees
- Detailed oriented and understand the importance of safety
- Basic/intermediate math aptitude
