Service Manager

As a Service Manager with Terminix, you'll lead and motivate local Pest Technician Teams to provide outstanding service delivery of Terminix products to valued customers. This role involves monitoring branch scheduling, ensuring regulatory compliance, responding to customer concerns, inspecting technician performance, and facilitating training. You'll work to build rapport with customers and employees, be detail-oriented, and prioritize safety. Requirements

• Associate's degree (A four year degree is highly desirable)
• Valid driver's license from state of residence
• 1-2 years of related experience (not required)
• Willingness to relocate (highly desirable)
• Effective leadership and motivation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and employees
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety
• Basic/intermediate math skills
