The Director, Performance Marketing & Growth oversees TerraCycle's digital expansion, designing, implementing, and scaling the full-funnel paid media strategy to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a demonstrable track record in DTC/e-commerce
- Proven ability to manage and develop internal talent or lead significant external agency partnerships
- Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4 for comprehensive analysis and reporting
- Ability to translate results into clear, concise narratives for executive-level stakeholders and peers
