Requirements
- Report to the Sales Management team
- Work independently, planning and organizing commercial activities with a high sense of urgency and a focus on results
- Meet and exceed the sales quota for the assigned territory
- Develop and implement consultative selling strategies using the Miller Heiman model
- Actively manage the pipeline, forecast and commercial opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key clients in the healthcare sector
- Coordinate with the bid process area the follow-up of sales opportunities through licitatory processes
- Participate in commercial negotiations, definition of price strategies and contractual conditions
- Identify growth opportunities in existing and new accounts, including displacement of competition
- Work closely with internal areas (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Technical Service) to ensure effective commercial execution
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly work plans, focusing on execution and results
- Analyze territorial performance indicators and propose corrective actions
- Represent the company with excellent professional presence, ethics, integrity and strict compliance with compliance policies
- Availability to travel within the assigned territory according to business needs
