Requirements
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or administration
- Medical device experience is an advantage
- Good understanding and confident use of Swedish and English
- Knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing administrative workflows
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SAP experience is beneficial
- Experience with EDI order handling is considered a plus
- Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to high-quality work
