We are seeking a Casual Geospatial Information Specialist to join our Operations team and help deliver our Spatial Property & Facilities Management software solutions. This role offers flexible hours ranging from 15 to 38 hours per week, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing technical GIS work with client engagement.
Requirements
- Facilitate client onboarding, professional services, and support processes, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Analyse and assess client requirements to provide tailored geospatial solutions
- Support clients through change management involving new software, systems, and processes
- Coordinate communication and data collection from third-party suppliers (e.g., architects, construction agencies)
- Collaborate with internal teams across Operations and Tes to enhance onboarding and solution development
- Deploy and manage projects in alignment with strategic objectives, ensuring optimal client support
- Engage with clients to understand their business and technical goals, promoting effective use of Tes products
- Prepare and maintain accurate internal and external documentation
- Adhere to workplace safety standards and promote a safe working environment
- Embody and promote Tes' core values in all interactions
