Job Description
Join our European Quality & Sustainability Team as a Customer Quality Engineer to support major quality issues resolutions for industrial and consumer customers. Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by aligning customer requirements with tesa quality management standards and international norms.
Requirements
- BSc. degree or higher in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering, process engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in quality field
- Experience with quality standard ISO 9001, ISO 9100, IATF 16949, core tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP and SPC)
- Excellent problem-solving skills applying 8D methodology
- Familiar with customer Ģs portals and platforms
- Auditing experience
- Fluency in English and German
